Welcome to Crescent Tracking (the “Application” or “Service”), operated by Crescent Tracking Corporation (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Part 2: User Accounts
Account Creation and Sign-In
Users may create an account with an email address or sign in via OAuth (Google or X). Usernames and phone numbers are not required.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Use strong passwords and keep them confidential.
Account Misuse
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may lock, remove, or blacklist accounts or IPs in case of misuse.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent, malicious, or disruptive activity.
Accuracy of Account Information
Keep your account information current. Failure to do so may limit our ability to support you.
Part 3: Use of Application
Permitted Use
The Service is for your personal cryptocurrency-portfolio tracking. Information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice.
Prohibited Use
You must not engage in malicious activity, breach security, or violate any law while using the Service.
Modification and Management of Data
You may create, modify, export, and share your data in compliance with U.S. data regulations. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality.
User Interactions
The Service does not provide user-to-user communication features.
Updates and Maintenance
The web application updates automatically. Downtime may occur during maintenance.
Part 4: Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Application Content
All content and software are owned by Crescent Tracking Corporation or licensed to us, including commercially licensed icons and Minimal UI assets.
User-Generated Content
Portfolio data is owned by you. We may use anonymized data for market research or analysis without linking it to personally identifiable information.
Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual-property rights. Contact us regarding alleged infringement (see Part 12 – DMCA Agent).
Content Use License
You may share Service-related content provided it is not misrepresented as your own.
Restrictions on Content Use
Service assets may not be used outside the Application without our express permission.
Part 5: Privacy Policy

Consent and Changes
By using the Service, you consent to our data practices. We may update the Privacy Policy; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Service Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Cryptocurrency data is sourced from CoinGecko; accuracy is not guaranteed.
Warranty Disclaimer
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crescent Tracking Corporation and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Part 7: Modification of Terms
Authority to Modify
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Service and practices.
Notification of Changes
Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notice.
Acceptance of Modified Terms
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
Part 8: Termination
User-Initiated Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. All associated data will be permanently removed.
Provider-Initiated Termination
We may terminate access without notice for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
Post-Termination Data
We retain no rights to or copies of user data once an account is deleted.
Part 9: Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current term; they do not auto-renew if canceled before that date.
Amendments to Services
At present, subscriptions cannot be amended once purchased.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
Notification of Changes in Service
Subscribers to product-update emails will receive notice of significant service changes; all users will be notified in-app on next login.

Cookies and JWTs
We use essential cookies and JSON Web Tokens for authentication and session management. Acceptance is required to use the Service.
Part 11: Definitions
Key Definitions
- User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
- Content: All data, information, text, graphics, and materials available through the Service, including user-generated data.
- Services: The functionalities offered by the Application.
- Cryptocurrency: Digital currency secured by cryptography, independent of a central bank.
- Portfolio: A User’s collection of cryptocurrency holdings, transactions, and related data within the Application.
- JWT Token: A JSON Web Token used for authentication and authorization.
- Indemnification: Compensation for loss or liability incurred by the Company arising from a User’s actions.
- Liability: Legal responsibility of the Company, limited as set out in these Terms.
- Intellectual Property: Rights arising from intellectual activity in industrial, scientific, literary, and artistic fields.
Part 12: Miscellaneous
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. An invalid provision will be replaced with one that most closely reflects the original intent.
Non-Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Crescent Tracking Corporation regarding the Service.
Assignment
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without notice. You may not assign yours without our prior written consent.
