Eligibility

Subscribe during:

• Alpha period — Half Moon plan only

• Beta period — Half Moon and Full Moon plans

When you subscribe to one of the above plans during the specified period, your price lock applies to the exact plan and billing interval (monthly or yearly) you select at checkout.

How the Lifetime Price Lock Works

Subscribe to an eligible plan during the specified Alpha or Beta period, and we will lock your subscription price for as long as your account stays continuously active and in good standing.

• The lock applies to the plan and billing interval you select at the time of the qualifying purchase (e.g., Half Moon monthly).

• Your price will not increase for that combination, even if public prices rise later.

• Taxes, duties, and third‑party fees are excluded and may vary by region and over time.

When You Could Forfeit the Price Lock

Your lifetime price lock remains in effect only while your subscription has no gaps and remains in good standing. You will lose the lock if any of the following occur:

• Payment failure or charge disputes that result in non‑payment.

• Cancellation of the subscription or allowing the subscription to lapse for any reason (any gap in continuity).

• Upgrading to a higher plan at any time (e.g., moving from Half Moon to Full Moon).

• Changing billing intervals (e.g., switching from monthly to yearly or vice‑versa) may require a new purchase and does not carry the prior lock.

• Material breach of our Terms and Conditions or abuse/misuse of the service.
